Jess never wants drama but drama seems to find her. Her friends wants her to date Patrick, the popular guy in school, but she has feelings for her best friend Tyler. But one day, she finds a strange device in her friends bag and starts doubting her reality.

Funny parts- yes

Sad parts- some

Scary level- 2/5 (as someone with scopophobia, I found it quite scary)

Gore- 0/5

Trigger warning- betrayal, abuse from a parent, death of a loved one, stalker 

Realistic scale- 0/5

Pick this up if
You want a fun, cute, fast-paced YA book. You like the premise of The Truman Show. You like interesting family dynamics. You like cute, romances. You like high stakes YA books.
