Pick this up if
You want a good urban fantasy that doesn’t require as much work as normal fantasies do. You like a good world building and a magic system that has boundaries. You like a grumpy hero who is powerful and surrounded in mystery. You like drama and plot twists. You like an ambitious and smart heroine.

Don’t pick this up if
You don’t like it when characters do dumb things. You’re sensitive to characters swearing.
