What’s it about
Eden is the daughter of a mobster and sent away because the ‘spa’ she works in was attacked. She goes to New Orleans to hide and gets in trouble in a Mardi Gras parade but is saved by Bishop 

POV- dual first person 

HEA/HFN- yes

Funny parts- some

Sad parts- some 

Love triangle- no

Insta-love- not really 

Cheating- no

Super insecure character- no 

Trigger warning- kidnapping, sexual assault 

Realistic scale- 1/5

Pick this up if
You like alpha males who are protective but are understanding of the heroine’s wants at the same time. You like characters with good chemistry. You like tattooed, bearded, long haired heroes with a tragic past. 

Don’t pick this up if
You don’t like heroines who are sheltered. You don’t like heroines who seem to get into a lot of trouble. You don’t like possessive heroes who swoop in to save the heroine a lot. 

This is the 6th book in the series but can be read as a stand-alone.
