REVIEW: DEAL WITH THE DEVIL BY MEGHAN MARCH

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

What’s it about
India is a professional poker player. India loses a lot of money while playing poker so she bets Forge her room key. It is later revealed that her sister was kidnapped and that’s why she was playing poker that night.

POV- dual first person

HEA/HFN- no

Funny parts- a little

Sad parts- yes

Love triangle- no

Insta-love- no

Cheating- no

Super insecure character- no

Trigger warning- It’s a dark romance. I read the first two books back to back so I don’t really remember if this one warrants one.

Realistic scale- 0/5

Pick this up if
You want something hot and steamy. You like an alpha hero. You like a hate to love romance. You like a dark, dangerous billionaire. You like mystery in your romance books.

Don’t pick this up if
You don’t like unrealistic premises. You don’t like it when the female lead gives into lust even when other, more serious, things are you happening in her life.

Pages- 275

Audiobook- 5h 53m
Narrators- Joe Arden and Erin Mallon
