What it is about
Andie Bell disappeared 5 years ago and the main suspect, her boyfriend, Sal Singh committed suicide. Pippa does not believe that Sal did it and she starts her investigation to uncover the actual truth. 

POV- first person from Pippa’s 

Happy ending- yes

Funny parts- some 

Sad parts- a lot

Trigger warning- animal death

Realistic scale- 4/5 (realistic for a thriller)

Pick this up if
You like good teen detective books. You like a good satisfying mystery. You want a quick mystery book. You like a diverse cast of characters. You like good family dynamics. 

Don’t pick this up if
You don’t like it when your characters do dumb things. You don’t like it when your teenage detectives don’t follow the ethical rules of investigation. You don’t like it when animals die in books. You don’t like it when characters don’t have a strong motivation for doing something.
