What’s it about
Deacon has sworn off relationships after his divorce. Violet is recently divorced and isn’t finding luck in finding a good date. She and Deacon hook up at a party but Violet stops it when she realises that he is her boss’s brother. Deacon starts perusing her shortly after.

Insta-love- kind of (it’s a really short book)

Pick this up if
You want a cute romantic comedy. You want a swoon worthy hero. You want a single mom/single dad romance (their children had moved away already). You want a book with older characters (late 30s and early 40s). 

Don’t pick this up if
You don’t like it when odd things happen in the book. You don’t like exaggerated humour. You don’t like it when characters act kind of immature. 

It’s the 4th book in the series but can be read as a stand-alone.
