REVIEW: PLAN B BY JANA ASTON

cover of Plan B BY Jana Aston

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What’s it about- Daisy finds out she is pregnant after a fling in Boston. In order to get ahold of the father, Kyle, she sneaks into a ball pretending to be his fiancé.

POV- dual first person

HEA/HFN- yes

Funny parts- a lot

Sad parts- none

Love triangle- no

Insta-love- yes

Cheating- no

Super insecure character- not really

Trigger warning- none

Realistic scale- 2/5

Pick this up if- you want something short, cute, and laugh out loud funny. You like the accidental pregnancy trope and like fake relationships. You’re looking for something with little angst that can be a palate cleanser. You like out spoken heroines and brooding heroes.

Don’t pick this up if- you don’t like it when the characters fall in love too quickly (they tell each other towards the end but it’s a really short book). You don’t like it when the characters treat each other badly when they first meet. You don’t want something predictable.

Pages- 280

Audiobook- 5h 50m
Narrators- Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke
